Team Management

Medistill supports multi-user organizations. The account owner can invite team members, assign roles, and manage billing from a single dashboard.

Step 1. Open the Team tab

Navigate to your Account page and select the Team tab. This tab is visible to account owners and administrators. It shows all current team members, their roles, and invitation status.

Step 2. Invite a team member

Click “Invite member” and enter the following:

  • Email address -- must be a work email (free email providers are not accepted)
  • Role -- choose from Admin (full access including billing), Member (query access, no billing), or Viewer (read-only access to shared reports)

Click “Send invite” to proceed.

Step 3. Member receives the invite

The invited member receives an email with a link to set up their account. They will be prompted to create a password and complete their profile. Once they sign in, they automatically join your organization and can begin using Medistill.

Pending invitations appear in the Team tab with an “Invited” status badge. You can resend or revoke an invitation at any time.

Step 4. Manage seats and remove members

From the Team tab, you can:

  • Change a member's role -- click the role badge next to their name and select a new role
  • Remove a member -- click the menu icon on their row and select “Remove from team.” Their access is revoked immediately.
  • View seat usage -- the top of the Team tab shows how many seats are in use out of your plan limit

Removing a member does not delete their query history. It only revokes their access to the organization's account.

Step 5. Billing

Billing information is visible only to the account owner. Each seat is billed at your plan rate. Adding or removing members adjusts your next invoice automatically.

To view or update billing details, go to Account and select the Billing tab. From there you can update your payment method, download invoices, or change your plan.
