Scheduled Automation

Any query you run in Medistill can be scheduled to repeat automatically. Use this for recurring compliance checks, weekly utilization reports, or ongoing data monitoring.

Step 1. Run the query you want to automate

Start by running the query as you normally would. For example:

Use Medistill to screen all providers in our network for compliance issues and flag any new findings

Verify the results look correct before scheduling. The automation will repeat this exact query on your chosen cadence.

Step 2. Schedule the query

Tell Claude to schedule the query using natural language:

Schedule this to run every Monday

Run this weekly and email me the results

Automate this on the 1st of every month

Medistill will confirm the schedule, including the frequency, next run time, and delivery method.

Step 3. Configure delivery

By default, results are delivered to the email associated with your Medistill account. You can customize delivery:

Send the results to [email protected]

Include a CSV attachment with the raw data

Only notify me if new flags are found

Step 4. Manage schedules

View, pause, or cancel your scheduled queries at any time:

Show me my scheduled queries

Pause the weekly compliance check

Change the Monday report to run biweekly instead

You can also manage schedules from your Account page under the Automations tab.
